“Dearest Linsey, Autumn is here and I can feel it tonight as the rain pelts down against my windows, driven my a maddening wind, and the temperature plummets. And yet I have you to keep me warm tonight. You see, it’s my favorite night of the week…Thursday. The night you appear on my computer screen in all your glory. I do so enjoy these little get togethers of ours, where I get to give part of my week over to you. It is a divine pleasure to open up your website and see what surprises await me each Thursday evening. Tonight was a wonderous evening as you showed up in your No Tan Lines photo shoot. I applaud you. After all these years, you still have the ability to take my breath way. No matter what women I have in my life, Thursday night is your night. You have been a wonderful constant that I so look forward to. In considering No Tan Lines, I’m made to recall the last stanza of a poem by Thomas D’Urfey (1653-1723). In it he writes:
‘Never so happily in one
Did heaven and earth combine;
And yet ’tis flesh and blood alone
That makes her so devine.’ As always, yours in deepest appreciation, TFR”
